An NDC Supporter In Kumawu Is Angry Because Local People Were Left Out Of The School Feeding Program, So He Called On “Gods” to curse party leaders.

A man who supports the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Kumawu, a town in the Ashanti Region, is very upset with some leaders of his political party. He believes they have treated local people unfairly when choosing who should benefit from the government’s school feeding program.
This program provides food to schoolchildren, and people are chosen to help cook and serve the meals. According to the man, the party leaders gave the contracts to people who are not from Kumawu. He feels this is wrong because, during the 2024 elections, many local NDC supporters worked hard to help the party win. He thinks they and their families should be the ones chosen for these jobs, not outsiders.
To show how angry he is, the man went to a local stream with traditional items like schnapps (an alcoholic drink) and eggs. He then prayed to the gods and spirits of the land, including a famous local spirit called Tweneboah Kodua. He invoked curses asked them to punish any outsider who takes part in the school feeding program in Kumawu.
He also warned that if any party leader tries to punish him for speaking out or for calling on the gods, they too should be cursed. His actions show how seriously he feels about fairness and loyalty within the party.
