Evans Tovieku, 2023 Ghana Strongest Man contestant met Iron Biby on Saturday, 3rd June, 2023.

Iron Biby is a strongman from Burkina Faso. He is the 2018 and 2019 World Log Lift Champion and holds the Guinness World record for most overhead presses (of a person) in one minute.
He was in Ghana over the weekend and Evans Tovieku and other Ghana Strongest contestants, including the current Ghana Strongest Men Godfred Akolbila and Abass Salu paid him a visit in his hotel in Accra.


It was an exciting moment when they met the World Champion. Iron Biby gave them a word of advice and encouraged the young stars to work harder as greater things await them.

Evans Tovieku is one of the favorite to win the 2023 Ghana Strongest award. His effort so far in the competition is very encouraging. Boateng Ameyaw, team member of Evans Tovieku has said it severally that he wouldn’t be surprise if Evans is crowned the strongest man in Ghana this year. His hardwork and determination is gradually paying off.

Some Achievements Of Evans Tovieku

Evans Tovieku was the Ahafo Ano Strongest man in the year 2016. He was also crowned the strongest man in Ahafo region in 2016. In 2018, he crowned the strongest man in the Ashanti region.
