Pete Edochie reacts as Kanayo Kanayo Brags about Seniority in Nollywood

During an interview the Nollywood legend Edochie said that nothing like Nollywood existed when he did “Things fall Apart” in 1985. According to him the film industry is still in the womb.it came into existence seven years later with the movie living in Bondage. The most exciting part of the story is how BBC flew here to interview me and then flew me to America of which I worked with them for some time. This happened seven years after Nollywood came and I retired from broadcasting to joined Nollywood.

The 61 year old (Kanayo Kanayo)speaking on the history of the movie industry shared groundbreaking legendary filmmaker Kenneth made with his project. He added that Nnebue was the first filmmaker to produce video’s in 1992 on professional level. He again explained that he and his colleagues who acted in the hit movie Living in Bondage, released in 1992. Which were among the pioneers of Nollywood as true professionals before anyone else.

All these great men have displayed amazing talent of which will be remembered forever. Now we should try our best possible to forget comparisons between them and enjoy them.
