Ghanaian drill sensation, Jay Bhad has said that he is open to collab with Yaw Tog if the latter wants to feature him provided he offers good money. He made this disclosure in an interview on Pure FM’s Pure Drive with Mr. Katah.
“I am willing to be featured by Yaw Tog on his songs only if the many he offers makes sense,” he said.
On whether he might be willing to do it for free, Jay Bhad said that he did their first collaboration on “Sore” for free but this time around he is business minded and therefore he has to be paid before he agrees to be featured by Yaw Tog.
Jay Bhad also confirmed that Yaw Tog is and was never a part of the Asakaa Group.
“He said so himself that he does not belong to the group, Yaw Tog is not a member of the Asakaa Group,” he exclaimed.
The Ghanaian Drill Collective, Asakaa of which Jay Bhad is a member came to the limelight on Yaw Tog’s hit “Sore” in 2020. Following the song, Ghanaians speculated that Yaw Tog was a member of the music collective, however, Yaw Tog has since denied the speculations. Upon Yaw Tog’s denial, another rumour claimed that Yaw Tog and the Asakaa group were feuding. However, Jay Bhad’s interview has put an end to the rumours.
