Denise Foundation donates to Proetus, 15-year-old disabled boy from Sunyani

Denise foundation in collaboration with individual donors have donated groceries and an undisclosed amount of money to the mother of 15-year-old Proetus.
Denise foundation responded quickly to the story of Mrs. Mary Kuutegeh, mother of Proetus, which they sought the help of other donors to aid Mrs, Kuutegeh take care of her son.
The items donated included beverages, packs of bottled water, toiletries, and a wheelchair (which has not arrived at the moment.

Denise foundation made several campaigns to solicit the help of other donors through social media pages after hearing the story of Mrs. Mary Kuutegeh.

Mrs. Kuutegeh’s story
Mother of Cletus, 15-year-old disabled patient, Mary Kuutegeh from Dormaa a town in Sunyani in the Ahafo Region, Kwaku Proetus told BoatengAmeyaw1TV her story.
Mrs Kuutegeh said Proetus fell sick after he was only few weeks old. However, she did not realise that until the child was 6 months old when she went to herbalist. According to the herbalist, the sickness had affected the veins of the child. She had to send Kwaku to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) to a physiotherapist.
According to her the father of the child had neglected them when the child was only 5-6 years of age because he could no longer care for the child. Mrs. Kuutegeh has had to take care of the child by herself.
