Bawumia is a religious prostitute – Sam George

The Member of Parliament of Ningo–Prampram constituency, Samuel Nartey George, popularly known as Sam George, has accused Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia of being religiously promiscuous and referred to him as “A Muslim by day, a Christian by night.”

He added that Bawumia is not a true Muslim as perceived by Ghanaians, adding that he has been silent on issues of hijabs and fasting for girls in schools during Ramadan. He again added that the Vice President also kept mute on murder of some males in the Zongo Community in Kumasi.

Sam George went on to criticize Dr. Bawumia’s affiliations with Christian denominations especially the Catholic Church and the Church of Pentecost.

“No true Muslim kneels before a catholic priest or a pastor to lay hands on them and no true Muslim believes that Jesus Christ is our lord and personal saviour…. Bawumia goes around claiming that Jesus Christ is our Lord and personal saviour.” he said

He also referred to Dr. Bawumia as a religious charlatan and felt disappointed with the Church of Pentecost for making Dr. Bawumia a significant part of the church.

He finally claimed that a “religious prostitute” like cannot become Ghana’s President because it speaks bad about his character and personality.
